October 19th, we will be unleashing our venue for legal downloading of independent, hip hop music called "Rapsta." This web based program is a rap music option based losely on Napster, and circumvents all licensing violation issues.

1. Rapsta utilizes a "Napster like" interface that millions of people already know how to use. Rapsta has enhancements such as:
--a thumbnail image of the artists cd cover, photo, photo or logo
--info on the artist or the track
--a buy link, where applicable, which will let visitors purchase the cd from us anther online store.
--a mailing list link, where applicable, which will let visitors sign up fpr ypur mailing list.

2. Rapsta uses the promotional songs that you would give away anyway as free downloads or as cassette singles to drive sales of your latest release. You provide them to us when you begin the early radio and street promotion. This gives the end user the appearance of the "free music model" that has made Napster so popular.

3. Unlike Napster, all songs on Rapsta are stored in a database on OUR server.

4. Only labels (indie or major) can upload songs--not the average user.

5. In order to upload, labels while be scrutinized by us so that no music with questionable ownership can be made available for download.

6. Each label will have a password protected backend that will allow them upload music and info to our servers.
